If you would like to RSVP to our Break-the-Fast, order High Holiday tickets or order a Lulav & Etrog print a copy of the check-out sheet below and return to the office or call the office at 248-788-0600
Break-the-Fast Reservations MUST be received in the office by September 25
Lulav & Etrog Orders MUST be received in the office by September 30
High Holiday Tickets ordered after September 8 will not be mailed and may be picked up in the office during normal business hours, or will be available at the welcome table during the High Holidays.
