For contributions at the:

• Philanthropist level: $25,000 minimum
  Your family names and personal message will be displayed on your own full page inside each Siddur plus Shabbat dinner for 10 at our Siddur Celebration.

• Benefactor: $5,000-$24,999
  Family names (combined contribution permitted) will be prominently displayed on the “Benefactors” page inside each Siddur plus Shabbat dinner for 4 at our Siddur Celebration.

• Donor: $1,000-$4,999
  Your family names (in your household) will be listed in the Siddur on the “Donors” page plus Shabbat dinner for 2 at our Siddur Celebration.

Contributors at all three levels will receive:

• A copy of Siddur Tefillah L’Moshe with your family’s name inscribed on the front cover.

• Your family names displayed on an engraved plaque at the sanctuary entrance.

• An opportunity to have a complimentary 8 x 10 family photograph (up to 5 members) taken by Greg’s Photography, a retail value of $150.
